how we are doing :)
Two weeks were needed to get everything in order since we left the hospital :p The first week was to recover sleep and do the laundry, nothing more! On the second week things started to get back to normal life and we adapted to the new rhythm, after all, we are three now :)
Our baby boy behaves very well and mommy melts just by looking at him =) He has some rough moments, I don't like when he has tummy aches and I can't do anything for him =( That's hard, I cuddle him, hold him in my arms and try to give him some consolation but I'd really like to take his little pain away... it's part of being a baby! Mommy continues with boring pains from the c-section but she takes it :p Nothing will prevent me from holding my baby when he needs =)
The only thing I haven't be able to do yet is reply emails... loads of messages to return :p Besides that... the house is clean and tidy, I'm up to date on the blogosphere, even my needles are back in action :D
Que coisa mais fofa!!!!!
ReplyDeleteJá nas agulhas? Ó mulher, tu és uma máquina!

Dear Nina, I've just known your baby boy is born. So happy you're all alright. You really have a cute little baby.
ReplyDeleteMany congratulations!!!!
Oh no wonder you melt when you look at him, he is gorgeous!
ReplyDeleteIt must be so hard when they have tummy aches and you can't do anything for them :(
I guess it will take some time yet before you get back to normal after the c-section. Can imagine that it will be quite painful for you.
Well done on catching upon your blogs, don't worry too much about emails, I am sure that everyone understands how hard it is getting time to yourself!! Great news that you have got your needles out again :)
Remember to take it easy while you are recovering and enjoy your little man. They apparently grow up very quickly!!! :)
Big hugs to you all xx
Nia,your little fellow is absolutely gorgeous.
ReplyDeleteTake care xx
Oh, Nia, he is just the sweetest little baby boy! I am going to love watching him grow up from a distance... It is so hard when they're babies and they can't talk and tell you what is wrong, isn't it? You just do the best you can and hold and love them. So glad you're starting to get into a new routine and even crochet again--amazing!! Give the little guy a big hug for me :)
ReplyDeleteAwww, Laurenco is just beautiful. It's good that you are getting back into your normal rhythm.
ReplyDeleteI hope you recover quickly from your C-section. Take it easy (well, as easy as you can with a little baby).
Beautiful little boy, enjoy every day sweet friend hugs.

ReplyDeleteTake care of yourself .xxx
I am melting, too, when I look at the picture of your sweet little baby boy. Such a handsome little guy. So great to read that everything is OK with you and him and that you all are adjusting to the new life. So much is changing. Take care of yourself, too, Nia.
ReplyDeleteAwww he is so so cute!! I just want to hold him & give him a cuddle :) Glad you're finding your way to parenthood! Take care xx
ReplyDeleteSo very, very sweet! I am glad you are healing. Have a great weekend!
ReplyDeleteSuch a sweet little baby boy.
What a cute little boy! Congratulations!
ReplyDeleteWhat an adorable baby! Enjoy cuddling your gorgeous baby and forget about those emails...cuddles are far more important.
ReplyDeleteAdorable. Glad you both are doing well.
ReplyDeleteYour precious boy is so cute, Nia! Wish I could hold him.... Babies are a miracle - no matter how much pain we're in, seeing them makes us stronger. Enjoy motherhood dear! :D
ReplyDeletesuch a sweet baby boy. Glad you are doing well.
ReplyDeleteOh he is so perfect :) Enjoy these moments as it will fly by so fast :) xx
ReplyDeleteAwww he is just too cute for words Nia dear!! I feel for all the mommies who can't help their little ones with a tummy ache. Not sure if you have done this but sometimes wrapping them up really tight like a papoose helps their tummy. Sending you hugs and smiles!!
