2012 flashback °•● cross stitch

O que as minhas mãos trouxeram ao mundo em 2012:
Duas irmãs para a família Gorjuss e, a minha Pixie favorita, a Bluebell :)



Presentes para bebés, para as amigas, coisas para a casa...



... muitos designs da Margaret Sherry!! hehehe



Mas nem todos os bordados foram finalizados, dos quatro gatinhos só um virou uma almofada, ainda preciso costurar os outros três :p



E também por costurar, dois coelhinhos para a próxima Páscoa =)



Foram 30 bordadinhos feitos ao longo do ano, pelo meio dos outros crafts todos (amigurumi, crochet, decoupage, needle felting, coroas e outros decórs!) e das Workshops que comecei este ano... nada mau! ;)

Nos wips tenho o 'Halloween Rules', a Gorjuss 'Puddles of Love' e os '6 Fat Men'. Qual vou terminar primeiro em 2013??? Aguardem para ver ;) hehehe

What my hands have brought to the world in 2012:
Two sisters for my Gorjuss family and, my favorite Pixie, Bluebell :)
Gifts for babies, for friends, home decorations... many Margaret Sherry designs!! hehehe But I didn't finish everything I stitched, only one of the 4 cats was turned into a pillow, still need to sew the other 3 :p And also two bunnies to finish for next Easter =)

30 pieces stitched ​​throughout the year, between all my other crafts (amigurumi, crochet, decoupage, needle felting, wreaths and other decors!) and my Workshops that began this year... not bad! Not bad at all ;)

On my wips I have 'Halloween Rules', my Gorjuss 'Puddles of Love' and '6 Fat Men'. Which one will I finish first in 2013?? You'll have to wait to see ;) hehehe

2011 flashback

Há duas semanas atrás toda a gente começou a delinear objectivos para o novo ano e eu.. ainda aqui estou a fechar o ano velho :p hehehhe Mas agora que já postei tudo, posso finalmente fazer a contagem dos bordados de 2011!
Recordam-se do meu flashback de 2010? Fechei o ano com 28 bordados :)
E a pergunta do dia é: quantos fiz em 2011?? :D

Two weeks ago everyone started to set new goals for the new year and I...
... I'm still here closing the old year :p hehehhe But now that I've posted everything, I can finally make the count of all that I stitched in 2011!
Do you remember my 2010 flashback? I closed the year with 28 finishes :)
And the question of the day is: how many did I make in 2011? :D

2010 flashback

Pela primeira vez, fiz a contagem dos bordados que finalizei ao longo de um ano. Total? 28!



Grandes, pequenos, para mim, para oferecer, um pouco de tudo :)
Além dos 25 acima no mosaico, contribuí para dois projectos no Outubro Rosa:

	Para o projecto Pumpkin Patch And Co Breast Fund. Com os nossos enfeites de Natal, o grupo ajudou a Attic Needlework a angariar $875 :)
	Para o SAL Stitch Pink da DMC Esta manhã vi o resultado do quilt pronto no blog da Dmc!

Sem dúvida que é muito gratificante contribuir para esta causa, em 2011 espero continuar a fazer mais e melhor! :)

E para terminar a contagem, o 28º bordado de 2010..

Ok, é verdade que só terminei no inicio do ano mas 95% foi bordado em 2010, faz mais sentido que conte como uma peça do ano passado, não acham? :p

Entre ponto cruz, meio ponto, pontos com um fio, com dois fios, pontos com um fio de duas diferentes cores, u-lá-lá! Este foi bem trabalhoso mas valeu a pena, já o imagino com uma moldura rosa na parede do meu atelier ;)

Big, small, for me, gifts to friends, a bit of everything :)

Besides the 25 pictures above in the mosaic, I also stitched a contribution to 2 projects for Pink October. With Pumpkin Patch And Co Breast Fund, our group helped Attic Needleworks to raise $825 auctioning the christmas ornaments that we stitched :) For Stitch Pink SAL I stitched my block and this morning I saw the complete quilt on Dmc'c blog!
Undoubtedly it's very rewarding to contribute to this cause, in 2011 I hope to continue to do more and better! :)

Last but not the least ;) my 28th finished in 2010.. 'Stitch in time'!! :D
Ok, it's true that I finished it just last weekend but 95% was stitched last year, makes more sense to count it as a part of 2010, right? :p
Among cross stitch, half stitch, stitches with one strand, two strands, stitches with two strands of different colors, u-la-la! It kept me really busy but it was worth the work, I can imagine it in a pink frame on my craft room's wall ;)
