when half book becomes one movie...or not!

Quando meio livro vira um filme... ou não!
Esta arte de fazer cinema deixa-me estupefacta! Transformaram a história de um livro num filme em que nada se desenrola como relatado nas páginas que já lemos... foi isto que se passou na sala de cinema onde estive ontem :p

Para os fãs que ainda não viram o filme: talvez seja melhor saltarem o meu post e voltarem outro dia. Não vou contar spoilers mas também não quero influenciar-vos com a minha opinião =) Que não é lá muito boa :p hehehe
Para os fãs que já viram: se quiserem trocar opiniões além deste post,
podem me mandar emails à vontade ;)



Bom, a primeira parte do Twilight - Breaking Dawn II foi verdadeiramente entediante. Não há palavra melhor para descrever. Nada se desenrola como os capitulos do livro (?!?!) Pouca interacção houve com os Cullen e eu adoro ver aquela familia, é parte que me diverte imenso nos livros, a Alice sempre foi das minhas personagens favoritas desde o inicio da saga. E nem vou falar na caracterização dos vampiros, já me tinha desiludido no filme anterior, melhor nem comentar como conseguiram fazer o pior de sempre no último filme :p

Na segunda parte finalmente nos surpreenderam com... algo que nem acontece em nenhuma página da história! LOL Como é que é possivel fazer uma proeza destas? :p hahhahah O que se passou entre este filme e todos os outros?!
Eu contava ver uma representação da história que gostei de ler mas não vi nada disso! Nem se trata de ser boa ou má a história do filme, simplesmente não é o que li e que esperava ver ganhar vida na tela...



Não quero contar spoilers, vamos chamar a cena surpresa de 'game-changer'! Quando algo significante acontece e... dou-me conta que não estou a ver o Vampire Diaries, não há bruxas nem loopholes para trazer tudo de volta.. o que é que se passou ali?! Quem já viu o filme sabe do que falo, no momento em que o 'game-changer' começa, o meu queixo caiu, acho mesmo que o meu coração parou e o Rui logo olhou para a minha cara e riu da reacção :p Claro que até ele, que não leu nada, sabia que era algo que não acontecia no livro pois eu teria contado! Foram uns longos minutos de choque. Ainda estava tudo a acontecer quando me dei conta que tinham estragado completamente o filme, virei-me para o Rui e disse-lhe que já não sabia quem estava, quem tinha ido embora, já não queria mais saber. Até que... aaahhhhhh fizeram-nos rir e tudo estava de novo bem no mundo :D hahahahaha Metade da sala riu e nesse momento diz o Rui 'Os que estão a rir são os que leram o livro' hehehehe

Para terminar, o que eu gostei, 3 momentos de banda sonora :)
No inicio do genérico, não começa com uma narração da Bela mas com uma música que nos é bastante familiar e leva-nos até ao primeiro filme.. A essência, como tudo começou, senti uma nostalogia e dei-me conta que era mesmo o encerrar da saga. Um pouco do sabor que sentimos ao ler as últimas páginas de um livro que gostamos mesmo :) Começaram bem.
E salto para o fim... não o game-changer mas outro momento com banda sonora, quando a Bela 'mostra a mente' ao Edward e temos o flashback desde o inicio da saga, ao som de Christina Perri. Gostei :) Para fechar, nova música dos Green Day, e um 'remember' de todas as personagens da saga, incluindo todos os que já morreram ou não chegaram a participar neste último capitulo. Gostei da homenagem que fizeram a todos os actores e fiquei fã da nova música! Houve coisas boas, nada a ver com o livro mas houve um bons momentos de música :D hahahahah



This art of filmmaking amazes me! They were able to turn the story of a book into a movie in which nothing unfolds as written on the pages we've already read... this was what happened in the movie theater last night :p

Well, the first part of Twilight - Breaking Dawn II was truly boring. There's no better word to describe. Nothing unfolds as the chapters of the book (?!?) Almost no interaction with the Cullens and I love watching that family, it's one of the parts that amuses me the most while reading the books, Alice has always been of my favorite characters since the beginning of the saga. And I won't even mention the characterization of the vampires, I was so disappointed in the previous film, better not comment on how they were able to make it worse :p

In the second part, finally excitement! They surprised us with... something that doesn't happen on any page of the book! LOL How is it possible to do such a feat? :p hahhahah What happened between this movie and all the others?!
I was expecting to see a representation of the story that I enjoyed so much to read but I did not see anything of that at all! It's not about a good or bad film, it was just not what I read and expected to see coming to life on screen...

I don't want to give away any spoilers, let's call the surprise scene... the 'game-changer'! When something significant happens and... I realize that I'm not watching The Vampire Diaries, there are no witches or loopholes to bring it all back.. what happened?! Anyone who has seen the movie knows what I'm talking about, at the time the game-changer begins, my jaw dropped, I really think my heart stopped for a short time and Rui looked at my face and laughed with my reaction :p Of course he knew, even without reading any book, he knew that was not something from the real story on the book because I would have told him! There were a few long minutes of shock to me. It was still happening when I realized they had completely ruined the movie, I turned to Rui and said I no longer knew who was still there, who was gone, I didn't care anymore! Until... aaahhhhhh they made ​​us laugh and all was good in the world again :D hahahahaha Half the room laughed and at that point Rui says: 'Those who are laughing are the ones who have read the book' ;) hehehehe

Finally, what I really liked, 3 moments of soundtrack :)
Right at the beginning, this time it doesn't starts with a narration from Bela but with a familiar music that leads us to the first movie... The essence, how it all started, I felt a bit of nostalogia and I realized that it was actually the end of the saga. A little taste of what we feel when reading the last pages of a book we love :) It was a good way to start.
And jumping to the end... not the game-changer but another soundtrack moment, when Bela 'reveals her thoughts' to Edward and we have the flashback from the beginning of the saga, by the sound of Christina Perri. I liked it :)
To wrap, Green Day sound and the 'remember' of all characters in the saga, including those who have died or didn't get to participate in this final chapter. I loved the tribute they did to all actors and I'm a fan of the new music! There were good moments, nothing about the real storyline in the book but there were some good soundtrack moments :D hahahahah

Breaking Dawn

Este filme foi mais parado que os anteriores mas não deixou de ser intenso. É o capitulo do casamento, lua-de-mel, romance, romance e romance hehehhe Mas com muitos bons pedaços de humor à mistura, mesmo muitos! LOL :D



O filme tem alguns 'twists', alguns detalhes que mudaram em relação ao livro e até que faz sentido, especialmente no final (para puderem fazer o corte, a separação dos dois filmes precisava ficar bem ligada, compreendi isso). Também se fosse tudo igual ao livro não ficava nenhuma expectativa para a sala de cinema, não acham? :p



Tenho de dizer que houve uma cena que realmente não gostei... Quem é que se lembrou de colocar os lobisomens a falar quando estão na sua onda de telapatia?!? Por favor, parece uma cena de um filme da Disney! Chega a dar para rir de tão mau que é!! Ah! E mais um detalhe.. por favor, tragam o cabeleireiro antigo!!! Passou-se algo de muito mau com os novos penteados do Carlisle e do Jasper! (o que é que aconteceu ali?!)



Só mais uma coisa, quando os créditos começam... não quer dizer que o filme tenha acabado ;) Fiquem sentadinhos na cadeira e assistam ao que metade da sala perdeu porque já tinham saído :p heehhehe

Que venha o Breaking Dawn Part II, estou ansiosa por alguma acção!! :D

This movie was slower than the previous ones but it was still intense. It's the chapter of the wedding, honeymoon, romance, romance and romance hehehhe But with many good doses of humor into the mix, really, many! LOL :D

There are some 'twists' on the movie, some details have changed from the book but it makes sense, especially at the end (so they can make the cut, leave both parts well connected, I can see the point). If it was exactly the same as in the book, there wouldn't be any expectation for the movie theater room, right?

I have to say, there was a scene that I really didn't like... Who had the idea to make the werewolves speak when they are communicating in their telepathy mode?!? Please, it looks like a scene from a Disney movie! It's so bad that it makes us laugh! Oh! And one more thing .. Please bring the old hairdresser! Something went terrible wrong with the new hairstyles for Carlisle and Jasper! (what happened there?!)

Just one more thing, when the credits start... it doesn't mean that the movie is over ;) Stay in your seat and enjoy what half the people in the room lost because they had already left :p heheheh

Bring Breaking Dawn Part II, I'm anxious for some action! :D

Ontem chegou outro pacotinho gostoso, da Ana, um maravilhoso pedaço de linho vindo directamente do Brasil! Adorei o toque, a cor, perfeito! Até já sei algo que vou bordar nos próximos dias ;)



O detalhe do lacre do Atelier Caseiro é sempre um charme!! =)

O sr. carteiro também deixou aqui umas comprinhas que fiz online, estava ansiosa por receber!! Linho, gráficos e meadas para um bordado que quero começar no próximo mês - sobre este conto-vos mais em breve ;) - e o meu novo Q-snap!



O meu bastidor de 22,5cm já não era suficiente para a Bluebell, precisava de um upgrade para 27,5cm. Aproveitei a onda e comprei umas extensões que adaptam os 27,5cm para 35cm e acho que estou bem servida de bastidores! Não penso usar nenhum maior que isto senão preciso começar a treinar levantamento de pesos! :p ehehhhehe

E hoje... é noite de Twilight!!!! uhuuuuu :)



A few days ago I received a beautiful autumn card along with some charts kindly offered by June :) And the week after, another sweet card from June, this time because I found out her mystery stitching and so I won a thread by Polstitches! It's so pretty!! =) Once again, thank you June! :D

Yesterday, another package arrived, from Ana, a gorgeous piece of linen coming straight from Brazil! I love the texture, color, it's perfect! I already know something to stitch on it very soon ;) Look at the wax seal, charming! =)

Mr. postman brought some things that I ordered online and I was so anxious to get!! Fabric, charts and threads for something that I want to start stitching in December - I'll tell you more about this soon ;) - and my new Q-snap! My 9" snap frame was too small for Bluebell now, it needed an upgrade to 11"; I also bought extensions to make it into 14" and I think I'm good on frames! I don't think I'll be using any size bigger than this, otherwise I'll have to start training some weight lifting! :p ehehhhehe

And tonight... it's Twilight time!! uhuuuuu :)

light festival!!

Ontem foi a festa das luzes, com luzes de relâmpagos e sem luz eléctrica em casa :p À noite o mau tempo era tal que a electricidade ficou instável, ora caía, ora voltava. Optámos por apagar tudo e ficar com a bateria do portátil, sem net por conta do router desligado mas sempre pudemos ver um filmito :)
Abençoada tecnologia!! LOL

E mau tempo é sinónimo de que.. não há fotos! Os dias estão cinzentos por demais, está dificil de apanhar uns raios de sol, umas abertas entre as nuvens! Espero ter oportunidade de fotografar os meus bordados este fim-de-semana.

Apesar do dia escuro por culpa da chuva e da noite iluminada por relâmpagos.. ainda há umas coisinhas boas para contar :) heheheeh Quem é que está a fazer contagem decrescente para a estreia de 'Breaking Dawn'?? Já sabem que não sou uma Twi-fanática mas adoro o enredo da saga e aprecio bastante os filmes, como qualquer romântica que se preze =) ehehehhe O próximo filme estreia em menos de duas semanas e eu evito ler o que quer que seja que rola pela net, não quero ver imagens fora de contexto, prefiro ser surpreendida quando assitir ao filme e ver tudo pela 1ª vez, não estragar a mistica ;)

Mas quando se anda pela web às vezes encontramos coisas sem querer, eu encontrei duas.. a banda sonora e uma maneira de ganhar bilhetes para a ante-estreia :D Nem tudo é mau! ahahahah Ganhámos dois bilhetes, lá terá o Rui de me levar ao cinema no dia 16 à meia-noite :D hahahaha Não sei se teremos mais um bom filme mas a banda sonora já me conquistou o coração, especialmente com esta "A Thousand Years" da Christina Perry =)

Yesterday was the festival of lights, with lightning outside and no electric light inside :p Last night the weather was so bad that electricity was really unstable, falling - coming back - falling again. We decided to turn everything off and stay with the laptop battery, router off so no internet but we could watch movies :)
Blessed technology! LOL

And bad weather also stands for... no photos! Gray days, it's hard to catch any sun beam, some opening between the clouds! I hope to have the opportunity to take photos during the weekend.

Despite the dark days of rain and the night lit by lightning... there are still a few good things to share :) heheheeh Who's doing the countdown to watch 'Breaking Dawn'? You know that I'm not a Twi-hard fan but I love the plot of the saga and I really enjoy the movies, like any self-respecting romantic girl =) ehehehhe The next movie is coming in less than two weeks and I avoid reading whatever is going on the web, don't want to see images out of context, I prefer to be surprised when watching the movie, seeing all for the 1st time so it won't spoil the mystic ;)

But, sometimes we find things by accident, I found two... the soundtrack and a way to win tickets to the premiere :D It's not all bad! Ahahahaha We won two tickets, oh well, Rui will have to take me to the cinema on the 16th at midnight :D hahahaha I don't know if we'll have one more good movie but the soundtrack won the heart already, especially with this "A Thousand Years" by Christina Perry =)

I hope to return on the weekend with lots of pictures to post!

Eclipse * momento twilight :)

Quem acompanha o meu blog mais recentemente, não se assuste! Sou uma fã mas não pertenço ao gang dos Twi-hards!! Não ando por aí a descabelar-me com o Robert Pattinson, nem a ter suores frios por conta dos abdominais do Taylor Lautner! LOL! Estou naquela faixa dos fãs saudáveis que simplesmente gostam do enredo e da mística vampiresca :)



Já contei aqui antes, as minhas personagens favoritas da história são os Cullen, os vampiros claro :D Em particular, a Alice :) Com o New Moon posso dizer que a tendência manteve-se e adorei os Volturi, especialmente o Michael Sheen como Aro, foi fabuloso :D Ambos me fazem rir!



O terceiro capítulo da Saga, Eclipse, foi o meu livro preferido: com mais desenrolar sobre as personagens dos Cullen, com toda a acção dos treinos e da luta conjunta, com o romance do pedido de casamento e ainda uma apimentada do trio amoroso.. perfeito! :)



E foi mais um filme que adorei! :) Já sabia que não seria tão emocionante quantos os anteriores mas isso faz parte do enredo. No Twilight é a paixão do primeiro amor, em New Moon a dor do coração partido, em Eclipse é o romance total =) O clima 'love' entre a Bella e o Edward, o pedido de casamento... e o Jacob a querer tirar umas lascas ;) Lol!



Só senti falta de um pouco mais de detalhes que julgo serem importantes, aspectos que o livro foca bastante mas não são retratados no filme. Esperava ver um pouco mais sobre a Rosalie, quando recorda o seu passado e se aproxima mais da Bella.. não dá para colocar tudo em 2h de tela :p



Gostei dos pedaços de humor ali pelo meio das cenas, fez-me lembrar quando ria sozinha ao ler os livros hahahahah O Charlie nos seus momentos, ou a Bella a partir a mão com um murro na cara do Jacob :p também tem a sua piada! Lol



Adorei a parte da acção, ver a luta conjunta dos Cullen com os lobisomens contra os recém-nascidos, era outra das cenas que eu esperava muito ver e... também queria mais!!! :D Lol! Acho que o meu problema foi isso, queria mais de tudo e não queria que o filme terminasse :p Tenho de esperar que saia o Breaking Dawn para comprar a colecção dos 5 dvd's e assistir à maratona Twilight, todos seguidos!!! :D Lollada!



E será que teremos um filme sobre a Bree?

For everyone who recently follows my blog, do not panic! I'm a fan but I'm not a Twi-hard! I don't pull my hair out for Robert Pattinson and I don't get cold sweats for Taylor Lautner's six pack! LOL! I'm in that group of healthy fans who just like the storyline and the vampire's mystic :)

I've told here before, my favorite characters are the Cullens, the vampires of course :D Particular, Alice :) With New Moon I can say that the trend continued and I loved the Volturi, especially Michael Sheen as Aro, he was awesome :D They make me laugh!

The third chapter, Eclipse, was my favorite book: more development on the Cullens, with lots of action from training and fighting, with the romance, the proposal and even a spicy love trio... Perfect! :)

And it was another movie that I loved! :) I knew it wouldn't be as exciting as the previous ones but this is part of the plot. In Twilight is the passion of the first love, New Moon brings the pain of heartbreak, Eclipse is total romance =) The love 'wave' between Bella and Edward, the marriage proposal... and Jacob wanting to take some bites ;) Lol!

I just missed a little more of the details that bring so much to the story in the book... I expected to see a little more about Rosalie, when she tells about her past and gets closer to Bella .. well, they can't put everything on 2 hours of screen, right? :p
I enjoyed the bits of humor in the middle of the scenes, reminded me laughing alone when I read the books!! hahahahah Charlie in his moments, or Bella breaking her hand while punching Jacob's face :p Lol

I loved the action part, seeing the Cullens and the werewolves fighting together againsts the new borns, that was another scene I expected to see much and... I wanted more! :D Lol! I think my problem was that, I wanted more of everything and I didn't want the movie to end :p I have to wait for Breaking Dawn to come out, then I'll buy the collection of five dvd's and watch the Twilight marathon! :D Lol!

Will we have a movie about Bree?
Who knows, maybe after Breaking Dawn :)

Quase uma semana desde o último post! :p Foram uns dias de muito trabalho e, sabem como é, as pilhas Duracell também se acabam! Lollada! Nada como um bom fim-de-semana para recarregar as energias ;)

Na sexta-feira foi o aniversário do Rui, 26 aninhos, ainda uma criança :D heheheheh Uma altura compramos um bolo de brigadeiro, que o Rui adorou, lembrei de tentar fazer caseirinho... mesmo correndo o risco de ficar uma delicia ou a ruína total :p lol! A aventura fez sucesso e ficou muito gostoso embora uma autêntica bomba calórica de chocolate!! hahahah

Não fui a aniversariante da semana mas também recebi presentes! =)

Nearly a week since my last post! :p Some long days of work and you know how it is.. even Duracell batteries go down! Lol! Nothing like a good weekend to recharge ;)

Last Friday was Rui's birthday, 26 years old, still a child :D Lol!! I made a Brigadeiro cake (I think 'brigadeiro' has no translation!) it's basically a caloric chocolate bomb! hahahah And what a delightful bomb :p lol! Some other day I'll post the recipe here ;)

It wasn't my birthday but I also received gifts! =) A special edition Twilight Saga Journals :))))))))) Four hardcover books, decorated with quotes from the books, packaged in a beautiful collectible tin! :) There's no need to say that Rui is well worth his weight in Brigadeiro cakes! hahahahaha :D

Tomorrow I'll post photos of my wips ;) A good week for everyone! :)

"Como foi o filme?", perguntam vocês :)



Fabuloso, eu respondo! :D





Depois de ler todos os livros, sabemos o quanto são detalhados e por isso mesmo não podemos levar nenhuma expectativa, senão a de que obviamente haverá alguma diferença pois não é possível colocar tudo em 2h no ecrã. Fui de espírito aberto apenas à espera de ser surpreendida! E assim aconteceu :D

O filme foi excelente, emocionante, inclusive o Rui ficou admirado porque estava ao meu lado e a sentir-me vibrar com as cenas mesmo já sabendo o desenrolar todo da história! Lol!!



O livro tem o seu encanto mas o filme traz sem dúvida outras emoções, especiais detalhes que tornam tudo mais surpreendente e nos envolve sem qualquer dificuldade! A cumplicidade entre a Bella e o Jacob conquista-nos, sem dúvida! A transformação dos lobisomens está muito bem conseguida, a tristeza do Jacob pela Bella, vista nos olhos do lobo... é de derreter o coração! =)





Uma referência engraçada, que não houve no livro, quando o Edward se isola da família aparece uma cena com Cristo Redentor ao fundo :) É verdade, uma passagem que dá a entender que o Edward se refugiou sozinho no Rio de Janeiro, em terra das minhas amigas brasileiras ;)





As pequenas derivações que são necessárias para a ligação das cenas no filme, estão muito bem justificadas e ligam na perfeição, sem deixar de ser fiel à história. O elenco principal continua impecável, o clã dos Volturi também foi excepcional, só tive pena de não haver um pouco mais da família Cullen (ou não fosse a Alice a minha personagem preferida hehehe) mas.. faz parte do rumo da história! Espero pelo Eclipse ;)

"How was the movie?", You ask :) Fabulous, I say! :D
After reading all the books, we know there is to much detail and for this reason of course there will be differences in the movie, because it's not possible to put everything in only 2 hours of screen. So, last night, I went with an open mind just waiting to be surprised! And so it happened :D
The movie was excellent! Exciting! Rui was by my side, surprised with me, because I was thrilled with the scenes despite knowing the whole course of the movie! Lol!
The book has its charm but the movie certainly brings other emotions, special details that make it all even more surprising and involves you without any difficulty! The complicity between Bella and Jacob conquers us, no doubt! The transformation of the werewolf is very well achieved, Jacob's sorrow for Bella, seen in the eyes of the wolf... it melts our heart! =)
And funny reference, which was not in the book, when Edward is away from his family there's a scene with 'Cristo Redentor' (Christ the Redeemer) in the background :) That's right, a passage that suggests that Edward took refuge alone in Rio de Janeiro, on land of my Brazilian friends ;)
The story line deviation needed to link the scenes in the movie is very well justified and connects perfectly, remaining faithful to the original story. All the leading cast were impeccable, the cast of the Volturi was also exceptional, I just felt sorry for not having a little more of the Cullen family (or wasn't Alice my favorite character hehehe) but.. it's the way the story goes! I'll wait for Eclipse;)
I just... loved it! :)

premiere!!! :D

Acho que toda a gente que passa por aqui, já sabe que sou fã da Saga do Twilight :) Adorei o primeiro filme, o Crepúsculo, o meu coração de romântica incurável derreteu com a história de amor entre a Bella e o Edward =)
Fiquei bastante intrigada com o desenrolar da história, queria saber mais mas tinha receio de ler os livros e não gostar tanto, de haver muita diferença e acabar por estragar o encanto! :p Só tenho a agradecer a uma querida amiga, a Cidália :), que me aconselhou a ler e... abençoada!!!! Comprei todos os volumes, deliciei-me a ler até à última página do último volume! :D

Agora com o filme 'Lua Nova' a estrear, parece que o mundo inteiro vibrou! Só se fala de Twilight e andam mil fãs aí pelo mundo a puxar os cabelos de loucura!! :p LOL! Eu sou fã da história mas sem essa parte de teenager tolinha hahahaha Gostava de ver o filme mas nem por isso ia correr às bilheteiras. Acho que foi a primeira vez que vi bilhetes à venda um mês antes do filme começar em exibição! A minha intenção era deixar passar as primeiras semanas de euforia, afinal o filme não sai de exibição se continuar a ter salas cheias, de certo que ainda se manterá por um bom tempo em cartaz ;)

À cerca de uma semana atrás, eis que vejo na televisão, publicidade da Zon (o nosso serviço de tvcabo) com um passatempo para os clientes, em que ofereciam bilhetes para a antestreia do filme 'Lua Nova'.. ora bem, não custava nada espreitar o site e ver do que se tratava! Login com o número de cliente, responder a 3 perguntas sobre a saga e... voilá!

Num piscar de olhos (...ou deveria dizer num clicar de teclas? lollada!) não só vou assistir ao filme numa antestreia (em Portugal só estreia dia 26) como ainda vou de graça! hahahaha Coisas que acontecem por acaso quando menos se conta! De certo que se eu quisesse mesmo ir nunca ganhava nada! LOL!

O convite chegou ontem por correio e amanhã lá estaremos! :D

I guess everyone who visits my blog, already know that I'm a fan of the Twilight Saga :) I loved the first movie, Twilight, incurable romantic as I am, my heart melted with the love story between Bella and Edward =)
I was quite intrigued by the unfolding of history, I wanted to know more but I thought that probably the difference between movie/books may feel weird...
I was afraid that reading the books would end up spoiling the charm! :p Now I just have to thank a dear friend, Cidália :), who advised me to read and...
... blessed!! I bought all the volumes, I really enjoyed reading until the last page of the last book! :D
Now with the movie 'New Moon', it seems that the whole world cheered! Everyone is talking about Twilight and there are thousand of fans all around the world pulling the hair of madness! :p LOL! I'm a fan but without that part of unconscious teenager! hahahaha I'd like to see the movie but I wouldn't really go running to the box office. I think it's the first time I see tickets on sale one month before the movie goes on screen! My intention was to miss the first few weeks of euphoria, after all, I bet it will stay for a long time on theaters ;)
About a week ago, I saw on tv, Zon advertising (our cable service) a ticket offer for costumers... to the 'New Moon' premiere! Well.. it couldn't hurt open the site and see what it was :p Login with the account costumer number, answer to 3 questions about the saga and .. Voilá!
Correct answers = Double ticket to the premiere on 19th :D
In the blink of an eye (or should I say ... at the click of keys? lol! ) not only I'm going to watch the movie in premiere (in Portugal it's in theaters only on 26th) but also I'm going for free! hahahaha Things just happen when you least expect! If I really-really wanted to go, I probably would never win anything! LOL!
The invitation came by mail yesterday and tomorrow we will be there! :D
Next Friday I'll tell you how it was ;)

Faz uma semana desde o meu último post! Vocês deram pelo tempo passar?! Para mim voou completamente!!!
As semanas com projectos a terminar os prazos são sempre assim: na cabeça fica o trabalho que há a fazer, as poucas horas que não chegam, as noitadas a trabalhar... as escassas horinhas de sono :p Mas no fim, a satisfação de ver o trabalho feito, é gratificante :)

No passado Domingo terminei de ler o livro 'Amanhecer', o último (infelizmente!!) da saga 'Crepúsculo'... embora ainda tenha uma esperança que qualquer dia haja outro :p O desenrolar passado um século! lol! Não quero falar muito da história para não estragar a quem não leu ainda... comecem! Leiam! Adorei e recomendo! :D
Cada volume é ainda mais cativante que o anterior! Tudo se desenrola sempre de uma forma emocionante, inesperada... e apaixonante!! =)

A história de amor entre Edward e Bella é vibrante até ao final, com um desfecho fabuloso! Embora goste muito das personagens principais, julgo que a minha preferida foi outra, Alice, irmã de Edward :) Uma vampira pequenina, optimista, simpática e que dá a volta a qualquer um só pelo prazer de fazer uma festa para os outros hahahahah Parece uma pessoa sempre tão animada que anda aos pulinhos! LOL! Dei comigo a ler o livro e a soltar grandes gargalhas por conta da Alice! :D

Fiquei com vontade de reler tudo... quase certo que o farei em breve! :D lol! Contem-me as vossas opiniões quando lerem ;) Que partes gostaram, o que mais vos cativou, qual o momento mais engraçado, a personagem favorita, a cena mais emocionante... Vou adorar trocar opiniões convosco :)

Outra novidade para vos contar! Mais um presente que chegou ao seu destino, depois de um mês de viagem para atravessar a poça mas finalmente chegou!!! :p Presentinhos de aniversário para a Fabi, uma querida amiga que gosta de tulipas... vejam se o presente foi apropriado ;)

A week since my last post! Time flew! When I have projects to finish, a couple of days ahead to deadlines, it's always the same: thinking about the work that needs to be done, in the hours that aren't enought to do it, long nights working ... few hours of sleep :p But in the end, the satisfaction of seeing the work done, it's rewarding :)

Last Sunday, I finished reading the book 'Breaking Down', the last (unfortunately!!) of the 'Twilight' saga... well.. I still have a little hope that one day there will be more :p Their lives a century later! lol! If you haven't read it... begin! Read it! :D I loved it .. won my ♥ =)
The love story between Edward and Bella is vibrant to the end, with a fabulous outcome! Although I love the main characters, I think my favorite was another one, Alice, Edward's sister :) A little vampire girl, optimistic, friendly and makes everyone minds just for the pleasure of giving a party to others hahahahah
A person always so excited that doesn't seem to walk, she probably goes around in little jumps! LOL! I found myself reading the book and laughing loud because of Alice! :D
I felt like... I want to re-read everything! Almost certain that I'll soon! :D lol! When you read it, don't forget to tell me your opinion ;) The most exciting scene, the funniest moment, your favorite character... I'd love to exchange points of view with you :)

Something new to share with you: one more gift that arrived at its destination, it took a month to cross the ocean but finally arrived! :p Birthday presents to my friend Fabi, a dear friend who loves tulips ... what do you think, good choice of pattern for my biscornu? ;)

twilight... addicted!

Estou na espera para que chegue aos cinemas a continuação da saga do 'Crepúsculo', na verdade... a fazer contagem decrescente! :) Também andava com saudades de ler um livro que não fosse técnico! Nos últimos meses só tenho deitado os olhos a livros de programação e webdesign, não desgosto mas já estava com saudades de ler algo diferente. E assim, solução perfeita para o caso, comprei o livro 'Lua Nova' na passada sexta-feira :D 2 em 1! lol!



Colei a pestana de tal modo que... no Domingo já não tinha livro para ler! Devorei as 500 páginas em menos de 48h :p É muito bom gostar de um livro mas quando gostamos mesmo e queremos ler mais e mais... é triste quando não há outro volume, não é? Isso não acontece com esta saga :) lol! Ainda tenho mais para ler uhuuuuuu :D Ontem comprei o 'Eclipse'!

I'm waiting for the continuing saga of 'Twilight' to hit in theaters, actually ... in countdown! :) Also, I miss reading a book that is not technical! In recent months I have only layed eyes on programming and web design books, I don't dislike but he I was longing to read something different. And so, the perfect solution for the case, last Friday I bought the book 'New Moon' :D 2 in 1! lol!
My eyes glued... Sunday there was no more book to read! I devoured the 500 pages in less than 48h :p It's very good to love a book but then we want to read more and more ... is sad when there isn't another volume, isn't it? I'm so happy that the saga continues :) lol! I do have more to read uhuuuuuu :D Yesterday I bought 'Eclipse'!
Who can resist a good love story? =)
