from bad to worse :p

LOL

You know when you try to fix something and you only make it worse? Have you seen what happened here? :p I used the word 'trimester' when I was writing about my SAL and I learned that in UK it's a term (exclusively?!) associated with pregnancy! :D hahahaha This is going from bad to worse! LOL To my english friends: how do you call a period of 3 months in any other case? :)

I haven't had the chance to reply to all your messages but I'll do it soon :)
I've been catching up on my blog reading, the only thing I've been doing on these recent cold nights... Winter is back! Just when I was getting used to the temperatures rising... down it went again, we have gray days and rain falling hard... Spring, where are you hiding?!?!

My Gorjuss girl is getting impatient waiting for her photo shoot ;)

  2. LOL! We use trimester here in Canada for pregnancy too. If it's something occurring every 3 months then it's quarterly, happening 4 times a year :)

  7. Trimester in the US is sometimes used to mean 1/3 of the school year for universities that divide the school year into three parts. And also used for pregnancies of course. "Quarter" is a good term though for a SAL!

  11. Lol!! You're seriously digging yourself a big hole!!! :D I did the same error as you don't worry. I'm French living in UK and in France trimester just means 3 months... not only for pregnancy... so I used that word for my son at school & my hubby told me it was more appropriate to use Term!!! Never mind, we can still understand the meaning!!! Sooo, no baby in the horizon for you then???? Have a lovely day xx

  15. Hahaha, so glad I pointed it out!!
Now remember, once Spring gets here don't use the word "blooming" as that also refers to how pregnant women look (once they're over the morning sickness)!
And you did know that your picture refers to one's monthly visit from Aunt Flo? If you don't have one then you might be pregnant...
